Und da ich es vorziehe, erst mal alles aufzuarbeiten, bevor man sich gleich wieder an neue Projekte schmeißt, kommt jetzt erst mal noch eine dieser Anleitungen: The Onigiri´s.
Ja, es klingt irgendwie nach einem lustigen Völkchen, dass irgendwo hinter den 7 Bergen wohnen könnte. Vielleicht so ähnlich. Auf jeden Fall sind sie gut drauf und verbreiten gute Laune, vorausgesetzt, man hat ihnen auch das breite Lächeln, wie bei mir aufgestickt ;)
Die Idee kam mir eigentlich nur, weil ich so gerne Sushi esse. Ich weiß, es sind keine Sushirollen, dazu gibts auch schon hier und da die ein oder andere Anleitung, obwohl ich da auch noch einige Ideen dazu hätte. Aber den Sushireis gibt es auch noch in einer anderen Form, nämlich als Onigiri. Dafür wird er meistens in die From von Dreiecken gepresst und das Noriblatt kommt als kleines Stück an eine Seite, so dass man alles gut anfassen und mit den Händen essen kann, oft sind die Onigiri auch noch gefüllt, ähnlich wie meine Gebratenen Lachs-Sushi-Küchlein. (die könnt ich auch mal wieder machen...)
